Here is how the Stores works:
 

1.. Create a store

Sign up to Stores by connexion.zone to create your unique store. Add your business details, add your logo and upload an image of your store. Add your WhatsApp number to start receiving orders from your store.

Each store has its own unique address. Share this address with your customers on social media pages, or print the unique QR and display this in your physical store.

2. Create a catalogue

Start adding your products to your catalogue. The simple, intuitive interface is easy to navigate, You can even add product variants and combinations and minimum order quanties.

3. Set your Store Options

You have the options to deliver to certain areas close to you (and set a delivery fee for this), or have your customers come in to collect their order. If you use Payfast, Stripe or Mollie, your can configure these payment options for your Store. If not, you can arrange for payment in Cash or EFT with your customer.

Heres how the customer interaction works:

1. Choose a Product:

Your customers will choose a product from the displayed catalogue in your Store. If there is an option to add products, varieties, or extras, you will be asked for your choice right after you click on the product. Their order will be displayed on the right side of the page (in the cart)..

2. Finishing their order and choose the type of payment:

When they complete the order with your Store, they click on "Buy". The only thing they need to add is their address and choose the type of payment as they follow the instructions on the page..They can also choose if they want the product delivered to them, or if they want to pick it up from your store.

3. Delivery/Pickup:

You will receive WhatsApp as confirmation for your order and information about the delivery or pick up time. If there are any questions, you can talk to the customer directly on WhatsApp.
